Roni & Rick: engagement session
Posted Nov 30, 2009 / by Kevin / in Engagment Sessions / 1 Comment
In the summer of 2006, Roni & Rick married. During the past three and a half years, they never went away. And that's a good thing. They have continued to be active with my business in many different forms.
But you all must be curious --- Why am I blogging about former clients from a long time ago? The two were special from the beginning. To know Roni means you know how to go from a simple smile to a gut-busting and knee-slapping laughter.
She is a hoot. Odd (in a fantastic way). Honest. Direct (related story about this in next week's blog). Caring. Giving. Appreciative. A fantastic listener. And, she burps. Loudly. With theatrical body movements to boot.

Rick? Rick is the quiet one. But before you all associate quiet with boring, you will need to abandon that urge. Yes, he is not as demonstrative as Roni. But honestly, two of Roni in a relationship would not work. They need each other's differences. We love Rick because he is smart (he truly is a master at perfecting his PhD which he just defended a few months ago), has incredible manners, concerned, kind, gentle and when he is with Roni he will certainly goof off and make a face. Or two. Believe me, you will see some of these odd faces I am speaking about in three of the four blog postings about Roni & Rick.
The two of them have sent me more work referrals than any other client. They believe in my photography, my business and the final results I deliver to each of my clients. They know about my passion, and they understand this passion, and want all their friends to enjoy the Kevin Weinstein Photography experience as well. Again, they share.
Why 4 postings?
Roni got pregnant at the beginning of this year. She finally gave birth in October. It seemed appropriate to reflect on our relationship over the past several years. I thought it would be nice to start off a blog posting walking each of you through their fun relationship. Starting with their engagement session, wedding, pregnancy shots and then introduce you to their new baby boy.
I hope you all enjoy the next 4 weeks of the Roni & Rick show.

A fascinating story and very touching. I like such happy-end meetings. Lovely pair. Good luck to them. I really like this site. My favorite one. Thank you for this job.
